Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of secs, a mobile application operated by ED AI LTD ("ED AI", "we", "us"). By using secs, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use secs. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

secs has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post, send or share:

• Harassment, bullying, threats or encouragement of self-harm
• Hate speech or slurs about race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality or disability
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or requests for it
• Anything illegal, including solicitation, scams and spam
• Photos of someone else, or of anyone under 18

You also agree not to impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, and not to scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

Every profile and chat has Report and Block in its ••• menu. Blocking is instant and mutual. Reported people leave your map straight away, and our team reviews every report within 24 hours. We remove objectionable content and permanently ban the accounts responsible. secs also filters slurs, sexual solicitation and threats before they're posted. Membership (secs+)

Watching stories, seeing photos, keeping people and chatting on secs need a secs+ membership. On the web it's sold weekly or yearly at the price shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. You ask for your membership to start straight away, so you're charged on the day you join and it renews automatically each week or year until you cancel.

You can cancel any time in Me → Manage. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund part-used periods except where the law requires it. Deleting your account cancels your membership immediately. Your statutory rights are not affected. If secs is offered through an app store, that store's billing terms apply to purchases made there.

Deleting your account

Me → Delete account permanently deletes your profile, photos, voice notes, trail, matches and messages, and your login.

secs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ED AI is not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.
